Our Complaints Policy
At City and European Asset Finance we aim to provide the best service we can. However if we do receive a complaint we take it very seriously and will investigate and resolve any complaints as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with any part of our services please contact Graham Adams.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you can refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must contact them within six months of the date of our final response letter to you.
